Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of slime products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Slime may change in texture during shipping due to weather or temperature. This is normal and not considered a defect. Please visit our Slime Help page for tips on fixing melted, sticky, or stiff slime.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the problem.
Refunds or replacements are only issued if there is a confirmed issue caused during fulfillment.
